Activities Waiver and Release of Liability:
I, and on behalf of my child if applicable, voluntarily choose to participate in the activities provided and operated by HIGH AND WIRED as part of TOKEN2049 Dubai, 2025 ("the Activities"). I understand that the Activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, collisions, equipment failure, and physical exertion.

Health & Safety Acknowledgment:
I confirm that I/we are in good health and have no conditions that could affect safe participation. I have informed the staff of any health concerns and will follow their advice. I acknowledge that participants with medical conditions such as heart issues, seizures, pregnancy, recent surgery, or physical limitations are prohibited from participation.

Rules & Conduct:
I will follow all safety instructions, avoid reckless behaviour, not tamper with equipment, and report any equipment issues immediately.

Loose Items Policy:
I understand that loose items are not allowed during the Activities. I accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from bringing such items.

Liability Release & Indemnification:
I understand the risks and release HIGH and WIRED, TOKEN2049, and their affiliates from liability for any injury, damages, or loss arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless HIGH AND WIRED and TOKEN2049 from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action brought by any third party arising from my or my child’s participation in the Activities.
HIGH AND WIRED is solely responsible for the operation, staffing, and supervision of the Activities. TOKEN2049 assumes no responsibility for the execution of the Activities or participant safety.

Media Release:
I allow HIGH and WIRED and TOKEN2049 to use any photos or videos of me/my child taken during the Activities for promotional purposes, without compensation.

Participant Information Confirmation:
I confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
I have read and understand this waiver. By signing, I agree to the terms and accept the risks involved in participating in the Activities.
